Be a Good Coach!  (or A Recap of ICP with David O'Connor)

David really laid down a challenge:  Be a coach who emphasizes knowing your
riders problems and how your rider reacts to those problems.  Riders are going
to get into trouble on course, so make sure they have solutions they can call on
